On Wednesday, the Muslim Students Association (MSA) sponsored an event at Vernon Hills High School called “Walk a Mile in Her Hijab”. As most readers know, the MSA is one of the most active and prominent front groups of the Muslim Brotherhood. (Vernon Hills is an affluent suburb of Chicago. The Muslim population is just under 1.5%, which is nearly double the national average. In and around the area there are eight mosques and at least one Islamic school.)
Short and sickening video of Muslims putting hijabs on non-Muslim girls: here.
[Preparing for conversion or dhimmitude?]
The Daily Herald reports:
Vernon Hills High School senior Yasmeen Abdallah, who is a Muslim, carefully wrapped the traditional hijab around the head of junior Charli Mosley while she explained its purpose.
"You can't really understand or judge a person and their beliefs until you understand why they do it and what it's like for them to do what their [sic] doing," explained Abdallah, who is the president of the school's Muslim Student Association.
The "Walk a Mile in Her Hijab" event Wednesday, hosted by the 10-member organization, was designed to allow non-Muslim female students the opportunity to wear the head covering and gain a better understanding of the Muslim faith. "This event is to hopefully denounce negative stereotypes," Abdallah said.
Abdallah said the event was a good experience, one she hopes will become an annual event. A lot of the girls got positive feedback from other students and benefited from the experience, she said, despite one unknown male student who told a non-Muslim girl to take off the hijab as he passed in the hall. How accommodating, but it might be more appropriate if they walk back to the country they came from in their hajib
I’m sure there was a “walk a mile with Christ” the next day for all the Muzzies to try to understand Christians.
OK, there’s your hijab. Now fly this plane into that building.
We’ve lost our freakin’ minds as a society.
If the Muslims take over, a sassy wife will be a thing of the past.
Next week the school will host ‘walk a mile in his Clergy Collar day’.
Is there any group of ninnies on this planet generally more annoying than public school administrators?
...afterwards, we will have “Walk a Mile Holding Your Co-workers Body Bag” event with smiling muslim girls in red hajibs
I guess you can learn a lot by dressing up as a piece of property. One thing I might mention is that Sharia Law frowns on girls getting educated. So there is tremendous irony here..
But we will never, never see Muslim students being asked to carry a Jewish menorah or a Christian cross for a day. This “religious respect” routine only works in one direction: the infidels must learn to respect Muslim customs. The Muslims have nothing but hatred and contempt for ours.
Maybe next summer the locals can invite the muslim girls to a “Enjoy The Beach In A Bikini” day. </s
The South and the Mt. West states need to break off while there is still a chance.
Lol
What sane parent allows this? I know, the Starbucks and everyone gets a trophy crowd.
The other (older) boys told me that I should wear the athletic supporter on my head for line-up.
I'm guessing that this here with the hijab is something similar.
Regards,
Just becoming acclimatized to the real thing. Smart. It won’t hurt so much when it’s not optional.
Yes, for sure they’ll have a walk for the slaughtered Christians. Walk a mile in my shallow, unmarked grave after being raped and beaten.
The scales over people’s eyes are soooooo thick.
Yes we have.
If that cult is called a religion then what the hell is it doing in our schools. Where is that bunch of whiners , Freedom from religion, aren’t they the self anointed ones protecting the country from religion. Goes to show us what hypocrites they are.
