The last person you could imagine backing Donald Trump's Muslim ban might be Mika Brzezinski. Yet on today's Morning Joe, a reluctant Mika came close to doing just that. Brzezinski springboarded off the news that the visa screening program failed to stop Tafsheen Malik from entering the country although she was already radicalized at the time.
While professing her opposition to the plan, she called the news "incredibly disturbing." When former Obama car czar Steve Rattner admitted that the process in place "had failed," Mika suggested: "are you saying something that might be in line with Donald Trump's policy?" Mika went on: "I'm not sure Donald Trump's concept is good for our country," but "we just had a slaughter." Concluded Brzezinski: "someone tell me something better than what Donald Trump is saying," adding sarcastically "and there's got to be something better because everybody has been sitting here for days, just lambasting him."

Trump’s opening positioning statement is working. He truly is an amazing negotiator.
This and some other stories I have seen recently tell me that maybe Mika just may be starting to get it. Same stories also tell me that the great conservative Republican on the show will never get it.
I don’t understand why most people seem hellbent on massive immigration? Or why we must have indiscriminate immigration without regard for who they are or where they come from?
She went even further than this video shows. She ultimately said.... we have to admit that some radical came from there into our country to do great havock... and killed people... and we have to stop them... She ended up defending Trump’s plan.
Or maybe, just maybe, Mika's realizing that she's out of a job the minute ValJar is removed from the White House.
When you have lost Mika, you have lost the fight.
Libtards like Mika are going to be the ones who flip hardest from liberalism to positions like Trump’s. Always happens— and Mika should know it because her background is not-so-distant Polish. When Pilsudski died in 1935, things went downhill quickly.

I can, Mika. Declare Islam to be what it is and what it is not. It is an organized criminal activity which is the invention of a madman designed to raise an Army to conquer the world. It is NOT a religion. Strip the citizenship of any American who converts and deport all followers of Mohammad the Madman to Saudi Arabia. Break off diplomatic relations with all Mohammadan countries. Declare war on Mohammadism. Declare war on ISIS and use tactical nuclear weapons on them and their strongholds. They want death. Give them death.
If you were looking for ideas and willingness to carry them out with just plain executive authority...then you can forget about most of the Republicans and Democrats....there’s just Trump. Her point is correct....no one else seems to have any idea of what to do or they just want to create another program to have as a blame-process for next time.
