Nah, I’m guessing NY is like NJ in this way: Whoever leaves the house loses primary custody of the children. Mr. Cuomo should’ve insisted that his cheating wife leave.
The parent who breaks up the marriage by cheating shouldn’t then be able to kick the other parent out of the house and demand he pay child support. But, unfortunately, that’s the way the system works now.

AMEN!!! In order for a dad to get custody, the mom would have to be a six time convicted axe murderer. . .of her own children. . .and then the courts would hem and haw over dad getting custody. Not that I’m a Prince Andrew supporter by any means.
And how come “children” can vote at age 18 but still considered “children” through age 21 and beyond for child support purposes?
