Andrew Cuomo and his Kennedy ex-wife have battled for years over child support as 'he didn't make any payments'

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his ex-wife Kerry Kennedy have been reportedly battling for years over 'substantial' child support payments for their three daughters.

According to the New York Post, for the past at least two years, the former couple has been involved in 'lawyer-assisted go-rounds over substantial amounts' of child support payments, and finally reached an agreement about some of the obligations two weeks ago.

Sources told the Post that Cuomo, 58, and Kennedy, 56, continued to fight over payments for 'education costs and health care for 20-year-old daughters Cara and Mariah and 18-year-old Michaela.

As per the article, she’s the one who broke up the marriage by having an affair. If so, then he should’ve been given primary custody of his daughters back then, and he shouldn’t have been ordered to pay child support to his ex at all.

Why didn’t Cuomo just force someone else to pay his child support? Isn’t that what Liberals always do - create a mess and then force someone else to clean up?

I fear those girls are quite messed up psychologically. Both parents are nasty pieces of work. If they had spend a lot of time at boarding school, it was probably a good thing.

Why does a Kennedy need money anyway? Didn’t the family make a vast fortune as bootleggers?

What a fun bunch. “T’S COMPLICATED: Robert Kennedy Jr.’s alleged affair with colleague Ann Colley was one dirty deed in the midst of an infidelity chain reaction that broke up Colley and husband Bruce, after his own affair that busted up the marriage of Kerry Kennedy and Andrew Cuomo and finally contributed to the failed marriage of RFK Jr. and wife Mary, who hanged herself last week.” http://nypost.com/2012/05/25/rfk-jr-bedded-heartbroken-wife-of-sisters-loverboy-sources/

There are as many starting points for the mortgage meltdown as there are fears about how far it has yet to go, but one decisive point of departure is the final years of the Clinton administration, when a kid from Queens without any real banking or real-estate experience was the only man in Washington with the power to regulate the giants of home finance, the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC), better known as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

- Cuomo - the punk you want to blame for the mortgage crisis - more

Looks like the daughters are adults except the 18 year just barely beginning her adult years. The Kennedys are rich, and probably the Cuomos. Why fight over their education and health care when their parents and their families from both sides are rich?

Nevertheless, he was ordered to do so and apparently has not. He's a deadbeat.

In New York State, a child is entitled to be supported by his or her parents until the age of 21. However, if the child is under 21 years of age, and is married, or self-supporting, or in the military, the child is considered to be "emancipated" and the parents' support obligation ends. A legal battle between two extraordinarily distasteful people. And the only winners will be the lawyers. This will be fun to watch.

Cuomo is among the scumbags to blame for the mortgage crisis which burdened taxpayers w/ billion dollar bailouts....he was hand-picked by then-pres Clinton, without any real banking or real-estate experience, but Cuomo at the head of HUD had inordinate power to regulate the giants of home finance, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

HUD is a known garbage dump for crooked pols. Reportedly, when Cuomo left HUD he was $18 million richer (not counting what stashed offshore).

==============================================

REFERENCES---Cuomo is on the loser fast-track....his tenure at HUD is infamous for his loony policies that precipitated the subprime meltdown. Now as Gov, Cuomo is using his HUD schemes WRT the Empire State Development Corp. This govt agency offers few details to the public to justify its billions of dollars in grants.....(such as where they're going).

In 2008, the Village Voice published a compelling report detailing Andrew Cuomo's policy decisions "that gave birth to the country's current crisis."

The report touched on how Cuomo's 187-page rules "opened the door to abuse." The rules explicitly rejected the idea of imposing any new reporting requirements on the GSEs. In other words, HUD wanted Fannie and Freddie to buy risky loans, but the department didn't want to hear just how risky they were.

Cuomo got lucky-- New York voters were distracted by his gubernatorial opponent's racist jokes; and failed to see the actual harm to the minority community directly caused by Cuomo's policies..

Cuomo's top aide said, "We believe that there are a lot of loans to black Americans that could be safely purchased by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac if these companies were more flexible."

NOT TO MENTION MASSIVE BAILOUTS W/ OUR TAX DOLLARS Andrew Cuomo doubled down and had this to say about his HUD standards, "GSE presence in the subprime market could be of significant benefit to lower-income families, minorities, and families living in underserved areas."

How's that working out for the minority community, where foreclosures and unemployment rates have hit the hardest as a result of such failed policies and blatant social engineering?

Remember when Cuomo's autobio collapsed and died....sinking to the bottom of the booklists?

INCONVENIENT FACTOIDS EDITED OUT OF ANDY'S MEMOIRS: Cuomo failed to pass his bar exam FIVE times; he's just another not-so-bright politician looking to shore up his lack of self-esteem on the backs of an electorate he despises.

I, for one, look forward to hearing Cuomo speak b/c I always wondered what a boiled kale stem would sound like....if it could talk.

=================================================

Abortion Worshipper Cuomo has a Master Plan---everybody knows in politics, to burnish one's bona fides in order to get higher office, you have to feed the snarling "choice" crowds more and more red meat.

Cuomo will demand medical reports and checkoffs for newborns w/ diseases----toddlers who have bow legs, 3-4 year olds who won't put away their toys, the ones who won't toilet-train. Next Cuomo will troll kindergartens for kids who don't color within the lines---all of them marked for post-birth abortions.

ANDY'S VAGINA FIXATION IS NEVER SATED It's a "lifestyle" thing---the thought of "anything" coming between his access to a vagina----and his constant pathetic quest for genital pleasure----requires new ways to get it on.

Gov Andy hires only practiced genital-sniffers for state govt jobs. Big Pharma's putting out a nasal spray for the hazards of genital-sniffing the habit---sexually transmitted diseases of the nasal passages.
