A hundred years ago....you would have gone to the houses of the people involved and took their kids....until the original kids were returned. It doesn’t take long for civil behavior to return at that point.
The fathers would have killed anyone trying to take their children and women would have fought to the death (like most mammals).-—Of course, in the totalitarian cultures where there were no “rights” for the peasants/serfs/-—it took Common Law and other Christian concepts to get to the point of the USA Constitution-—the pinnacle of Reason and Faith.
This destruction of ONLY Christian Faith—and elevation of satanism (sodomy/irrationality) is on purpose——to destroy the ability of children to be critical abstract thinkers who can discern truth.
Destroy the worldview of children and you devolve back into paganism/tribalism where a tribal mind (feelings) is all there is.
