A handful of House Democrats will meet early Friday afternoon at the Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center, a Northern Virginia mosque that has controversial ties to terrorists who have engaged in terrorist acts against the United States.
For example, it was widely reported that some of the Sept. 11, 2001 hijackers attended the mosque, and that Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan worshipped there.
Anwar al-Awlaki, who the U.S. government believes was a recruiter for Islamic terrorists, was an imam, or a prayer leader, at the mosque.
Still, Democratic Reps. Don Beyer of Virginia, Keith Ellison of Minnesota, and Joe Crowley of New York said praying at the mosque will help demonstrate that Congress stands against incidents of violence against Muslims.

Ellison is a Muslim, so he should be welcome. The other two are not, so wouldn’t the Muslims be outraged over a couple of infidels defiling their mosque?
If there are any “traditional” patriotic Democrats left, they had better understand that there’s no doubt any more that their party now embraces our enemies.
I suppose it would be asking too much of these demon worshipping idiots to join in some of the prayer services for the victims. I guess that would be microagession against bloodthirsty, murdering terrorists.

When I mentioned this affront to all that’s right and honorable to an elderly lady a moment ago, her reply was: “Wouldn’t it be poetic justice if the muslims thought they were spies and shot the whole lot of them?”
I didn’t answer her, but my private thought was, “It would certainly serve the goofy bahstids right. Play with rattlesnakes; and get bitten.”
