On the Ingraham show Fuhrman just told everyone with CCW to carry into ANY place where there is NO metal detector.

“No guns” signs are like speed limit signs. They are a nice suggestion, but if there isn’t a cop in sight I ignore them.

Sounds like a plan.

Also, no guns allowed means the business has armed security, right? Worked great in the Cali attack.

So will Mark cover my legal and incarceration expenses when I am prosecuted for using my gun in a gun free zone?

Most places that have a sign on the door prohibiting firearms are places I have no desire to do business with

Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Some places, if they ask you to leave and you argue with them you might be facing a civil or criminal trespassing charge.
Other places they might just call the cops. If a business doesn’t want my business, they don’t get my business.

“No guns” signs are like speed limit signs.

In Texas, there are strict guidelines for what constitutes a legal 'no gun' sign. Those that are not legal, I ignore with extreme prejudice.

Don’t forget the Army vet at the Las Vegas Target store that was killed/murdered by cops when a store employee saw he had a CCW under his coat.

If I “forget” and carry into gun free zone, what legal
jeopardy am I eposed to?

Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Sounds good sitting at a computer. Rotting in a jail cell, facing federal charges might bring a different perspective.

That said, I don't regularly frequent establishments that don't allow me to carry anyway.

Concealed means...ummm...that they don’t know you have the gun.

Concealed means concealed.

If you’re incapable, don’t carry.

Do you prefer hospital or funeral expenses to legal expenses?

YOU are responsible for your own security because nobody else can provide it.

Laying dead on the floor unarmed is no way to live either. Perspective.

The most frequent violators that get caught are those going through TSA screenings at airports. Other than those in NYC, the penalty isn’t much. A quick search should find several stories.
