The bandits and the government have become one. A banditocracy.
Sean Penn’s socialist paradise.
Two things. As a general rule, when a government attacks wealth as illegitimate, they take the lid of Pandora’s Box. Thieves find their thievery morally justified, and lose all restraint.
The result is hell on earth.
And secondly, this government openly allied itself with street gangs, and made them an extension of its police power. This gives some of them immunity, and the rest a feeling of quasi-immunity.
This government is a criminal gang from top to bottom. At the top they go after banks and companies and landowners. At the bottom they go after the housewife carrying a bag of groceries. Ordinary people live in abject fear all of the time.
Our country is a crime scene out of control BECAUSE of elections.

Well said.
A collapsed state doesn’t look like we imagine, it doesn’t look like Mad Max.
It looks like Venezuela.
