Can we use this law against the entire federal government?

Only if “Justice” actually existed in our so-called “Justice” system.
The cultural Marxists destroyed the meaning of “words”-—to make them meaningless-—all we see is a “dog and pony” show EVERYWHERE, especially in all “court” cases.
There is no Truth/God allowed ——no Constitution-—the “...laws of nature and nature’s God” have been totally ejected for Stalin’s document. (which is unconstitutional-—but what the hey!!!)
I am afraid Just Law was jettisoned a hundred years ago and we have been reaping the rewards. Cicero stated when Just Law is no longer Just and promotes evil and vice, the system will eventually collapse. Just Law ONLY promotes “public virtue” and “equal” under the law.
Congress is corrupt-—as all our branches—and our SCOTUS is now the most convoluted, irrational and evil of them all. Many people should be in prison for Treason if we had “Justice”.
