Republicans deserve some blame for the Planned Parenthood shooting

Most of the wounded were police, from what was said fairly early on. The guy was set up ("barricaded") at the corner of the building and shooting at responding police.

To me, that reeks of a beef with police more than anyone else. That anyone with even a remote connection to Planned Parenthood was a victim in this is more likely just being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

IIRC, there is no big sign advertising the presence of a clinic at that location, so he may have been looking to go to ground, and picked that building just because it was there.

Interesting that the warrants have been sealed and the details are lost behind the media title for the incident. Usually, if there is something damning it is paraded for all to see.

The other strange thing that makes me wonder what is going on is the number of these sorts of events in the general area. Columbine (Littleton), The theater shooter (Aurora), and this one at Colorado Springs...makes the Front Range seem a mite unhealthy.

Making such claims, without any evidence (by a journalist) should be considered a capital offense.

So the left is finally outraged that lives ended in an abortion clinic.

There is a classic sociopathic tactic by which the sociopath continually baits the victim, then when the victim finally snaps and retaliates, the sociopath acts all innocent and points to the victim and declares him to be unstable, mentally deranged, violent, depressed, or whatever suits the situation and the sociopath.

The left is the sociopath. Society is the victim.

Do I think the killer is mentally deranged? Yes. I’m not absolving him of guilt or claiming any measure of good mental health for him. In the case of society, it’s going to be the weakest links that snap first.

But the left should not be permitted to get away with the constant baiting and pushing and abuse and then be allowed to feign innocence and point the finger of blame.

If they were doctored, then I’ll submit that the tape of five men breaking into the Democratic National Committees’ headquarters in the Watergate building June of ‘72 was also doctored. My eyes obviously were not “seeing” the “truth” as it was laid out in that video. What’s good for the left is good for the right
