These guys are nuts...Putin has sent numerous ground troops in to destroy Obama’s Al Qaeda army...Now these nitwits want American troops in there to defend Al Qaeda and fight directly against Russian troops...
Sure they do...They are just as complicit as Obama is...
This for sure will revive Linda’s campaign.
I have no problem with returning to Iraq and making it a safe area free from ISIA and AQ and maintaining troops there indefinitely, as we successfully did after WWII in Europe, Japan and South Korea. If Obama would just let the Military handle it, the job will be well done. But absolutely stay out of Syria. Congress must approve troops there anyway. Syria would be an American disaster waiting to happen.
I agree with all you folks. It looks like a circular firing squad to me with 20,000 of our troops standing in the middle. Here are two sources I have found to begin understanding this situation. Yes, I said begin.

Very interesting ... from your first link:
... 10% of the French electorate is Sunni, and that 90% of those vote for the left.
Peace On Earth ... Purity Of Essence ...
;)
Those to weasels can suit up and go personally scout out the situation for the next 5 yrs, and report back after that. IDIOTS!
I believe you might be giving Kristol more credit (or blame) than he deserves. And I wouldn't identify McCain as a "neocon"; instead, I'd contend he's just an ambitious "opportunist".
McCain was all in favor of a full-scale war in Somalia -- even before "Blackhawk Down" (1993). Further, he was all aflutter about intervening in the Bosnian War (1992-95).
It wasn't until the Kosovo War (1998-99) that Cristol seemed to gain his ear. But, as you can see, McVain was already a certified warmonger.
Then, there is the Soros influence. McPain's favorite charity is his very own Reform Institute -- a non-partisan, not-for-profit think tank ...and, since 2000, an extension of Senator John McCain's political ambitions. Soros funded it.
At bottom, McVain is Soros' man -- not Bill Kristol's. And when Soros wants conflict an chaos...Senator John Sidney McCain flies to the Middle East or North Africa or the Balkans...and helps foment it.
He wants 20,000 to defeat ISIS and how many hundreds of thousands more for the ten-plus years of occupation that will follow?
We don't need troops over there. In fact, we need to pull every American out of there and then drop some really big bombs that get really hot.... for a while.
Absolutely not.
Never trust a liberal who’s all fired up for war. When the bill comes due they run for the hills, as both Clinton and Kerry did with respect to Iraq. “I was for it before I was against it.” Right.
Don’t mind McCain, he’s becoming senile.
Well grab some rifles and lead the way.
Use Meghan as a bunker buster.
Thanks. There were some great comments in there.
SOB called me a bigot. You, too, I suspect.
I'll never forgive the senile old fart.
And that man had a heck of an imagination.
Notice the Western media damn near ignoring the massive bombing the Rooskies are doing lately. Nary a word or video.
Must make Buckwheat look bad so if we don't report it...no one will know. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh-———
