BS...You have no idea the size of company my son works for...hint...it’s not small..and would not have lasted thru downturn if it wasn’t paying well
He would get nobody at $5.00 an hour, he would get a 1000 applicants at $60.00 per hour. So his job is to find the correct price point between 5 and 60 to get the talent he needs or go out of business, he maybe incompetent to run a business..
