Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday said the U.S. had received information of the flight path of one of it's jets in Syria before it was downed by Turkish forces on the border.
"The American side, which leads the coalition that Turkey belongs to, knew about the location and time of our planes' flights, and we were hit exactly there and at that time," Mr. Putin said at a join press conference with French President Francois Hollande, the Agence France Presse reported.

I saw another article that said russia claimed the CIA shot the plane down. Either way, if we were complicit, then Hussein is actively trying to get us into a war with russia. This may just be the way he is planning on staying in power past Jan 20, 2017.

I have no idea whether this could have any validity or not, but even if it doesn't, if the russians believe it, it would still have the same effect.

I don't discount this from the realm of possibility. It does sound like something the CIA would orchestrate. The only reason I could think of why they would do it might be an effort by Hussein 0bama to "lighten up" on his ISIS bros.
