As President Obama enters the stretch closing out his second term, he is dedicating himself to sealing his reputation as the worst president in American history. He long ago blew by President Carter. Heâs blowing by President Buchanan. Heâs taken the lead and heâs putting distance between himself and the rest of the field.
Yesterday he deepened his hold on the laughingstock element of his performance in office. How to combine suffocating arrogance with gut-busting stupidity? See the man doing his thing side by side with President Hollande who was looking for something better than this Bartlettâs-worthy laugh line (video below): â[N]ext week, I will be joining President Hollande and world leaders in Paris for the Global Climate Conference. What a powerful rebuke to the terrorists it will be, when the world stands as one and shows that we will not be deterred from building a better future for our children.â
PAUL adds: In his effort to mount an international campaign against ISIS, President Hollande spent a day with President Obama and will spend a day with Vladimir Putin. One canât help wondering whether his purpose would have been better served by spending both days with Putin.

He calls evil good and good as evil. He lives in an upside down universe.
Prince of Fools
The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America.
Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their president.

Europe loved King Amabo before they hated him.
Someone once said that it was difficult to distinguish between incompetence and malevolence in politics. I’ve always thought that Carter was incompetent (in American politics); ob is definitely malevolent. Everybody sees it; some of us at the start of his career.
“...he is dedicating himself to sealing his reputation as the worst president in American history.”
Oh, he managed that years ago. Now he’s diving down toward Nero level.
I don't think he's stupid. I think what's happening is what he wants to happen.

How very true.
Churchill said âAmericans can always be counted on to do the right thing, after theyâve exhausted all the other options.âI hope Obama marks the âend of all the other options â, but with 45% still approving of him, Iâm not at all sure.
