Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush on Tuesday criticized front-runner Donald Trump's comments about Black Lives Matter protesters and Muslim-Americans, accusing the billionaire of trying to “create a grievous kind of culture."
“Our country is too good for this,” Bush said in South Carolina, according to CNN.
“This whole idea of preying on people’s deep-seated fears of what the future looks like is not going to work as a campaign tactic over the long haul,” he added.
The former Florida governor slammed Trump for claiming that thousands of Muslim-Americans in New Jersey cheered as the World Trade Center fell on Sept. 11, 2001, and said the roughing up of a Black Lives Matter protestor would never happen at one of his events.
“This is just wrong,” Bush said. “What I remember was a lot of peaceful Muslims disheartened and sad and angry.”
Bush also said that Trump’s “broad-brush attack on people who are as American as anybody else” is “not gonna work.”
Trump, the GOP primary leader, has 27.5 percent support according to a RealClearPolitics average of national polls. Bush is in fifth place with 5.5 percent.

Roughing up of a Black Lies Matter protester, does he mean the guy who threw himself down a couple of times in an attempt to draw attention to himself, who Jeremy Diamond then lied about on CNN? Jeb should at least get his facts straight instead of perpetuating an already debunked lie.

If JEB feels that way, he can bring this point up at the next little kids’ card table debate. He ain’t polling the numbers for the contenders’ primary debate.

They are Guatamalans, El Salvadorans, Mexicans, Hondurans, etc, who broke into our country and are breaking laws and killing Americans daily
CNN had Jeb on this morning. They hate Trump and are pushing Jeb hard. John King was interviewed about Jeb after Jeb’s appearance and I would have sworn he was Jeb’s campaign manager.
Heb would be a lot better off if he stopped trashing the other candidates, and started telling why he would be better............. Oh wait......maybe not.
It’s bad enough to have to look at idiot-boy-king’s face everyday on the TV, but to see that dopey, vacant expression of Jeb! every day thereafter would just make me shoot myself.
Bush’s time has expired. He needs to return to Florida and play in his sandbox. He is NOT presidential material.
