An explosion has hit a bus carrying presidential guards in Tunisia's capital, Tunis, officials say. At least 12 people have been killed in the blast, the interior ministry said.
The explosion, during rush hour in the city's main avenue, was an attack, a presidential source said. Tunisia has been targeted by the Islamic State group, including an attack by a gunman on the beach resort of Sousse in June, killing 38 people, mostly foreign tourists.
