The Secretary of State arrived at meetings that had already been canceled. Problem was, nobody in the Obama White House bothered to tell her. Though holding what should be one of the most powerful positions within the U.S. government, it appears Mrs. Clinton was already an afterthought regarded with indifference by an Obama administration noted for its insulated secrecy and distrust of all enemies both past and present.

The above is an actual quote according to just-released Hillary Clinton emails. They detail an uncertain, at times even desperate Secretary of State trying to find her place within an administration that appears to have set out quite early to marginalize her.
-I arrived for the 10:15 mtg and was told there was no mtg. This is the second time this has happened. What is up???-
The emails paint a picture of a frustrated outsider to the Obama regime struggling to find her place. They also indicated her concern over not seeing the president enough, as well as fears of her public speeches not having the kind of -authoritative- tone that would bolster her own standing.
In the absence of trust with the Obama-loyal State Department officials who surrounded her, Mrs. Clinton appears to have relied heavily upon the advice and assurances of now-embattled political insider and longtime Clinton confidante, Sidney Blumenthal despite the fact Valerie Jarrett is said to have personally barred Blumenthal from joining Mrs. Clinton at the State Department. The reason for that barring was at the time said to protect the administration from potential conflicts of interest, but Whispers is reporting it was to further isolate and weaken Hillary Clinton within the administration.
It should be noted that the current batch of released State Department emails are ones that were already Clinton-approved.
Other emails cannot be released because Mrs. Clinton already had them destroyed.

I think it was Valarie Jarret’s decision. Hillary was simply given an unlimited travel allowance and allowed to travel around the globe. Real state department business by done by the Czars hired by President Obama.

Hillary probably shouldn't take this too personally. There is a good dissertation or book to be written on the hyper-centralization of the Obama years. Hillary wasn't the only cabinet secretary who was reduced to a figurehead. The same thing happened across the government at lower levels as well, through the subcabinet and senior levels of career staff. The White House czars and their tight little circles of political appointees, many of them very young and inexperienced, ruled the roost. The public would be appalled if they knew who was actually calling the shots. The grotesque incompetence of the Obama years was not an accident.
Another reason to fear a Hillary administration: her pathological desire to out-legacy all previous presidents.

Who knows but I feel it is more a result of ghost meetings that nobody filled Cankles in on. Obama doesnt meet with his cabinet, any official announcements that Hillary hears about are just to cover his ass so the press doesnt start wondering how you can run a country without ever meeting with a cabinet of advisors.

She should wear this as a badge of honor.
