News photographer's tripod mistaken for gun prompts 911 call

Same thing happened at the Connecticut State Capitol building 10 years ago. A school teacher on a tour with students saw a news photograper with a telephoto lens and reported a machine gun. They emptied the place and the state police spent 2-3 hours searching the building.

that blower is amazing - unusually high output and with a long-enough extension cord can power me around on a skateboard at alarming velocity.

It also is useful for clearing out everything not bolted to garage floor.

Tripod cases make excellent shotgun bags.

So do tennis racket bags, if your shotgun is short enough. So do other useful [short!] things.

So what do I carry my tennis racket in, since the racket bag is otherwise occupied, you may ask. Why, in my M60 machinegun spare barrel carry bag, of course!

I wonder if that Ruger AR-15 version with the quick-change/dismountable barrel will be available in the AR-10/7,62 NATO version?
