White House Launches #RefugeesWelcome Hashtag

The Obama administration launched a hashtag last night to promote the concept of welcoming Syrian refugees into the United States after a growing number of governors proposed halting the program after the terrorist attacks in Paris.

The White House debuted a hashtag on their Facebook page last night: #RefugeesWelcome

“Even as we intensify our efforts in coordination with our partners to take out ISIL, we cannot turn our backs on those most threatened by the terrorist group,” the message on the White House page read.

A video on the page insisted that U.S. law enforcement officials were vetting each of the refugees before allowing them to settle in the United States.

On the White House website, Deputy Assistant to the President for Homeland Security Amy Pope denounced Republicans for calling to block refugees in the country.

“The Administration rejects the flawed view that we can’t ensure our own safety while also welcoming refugees desperately seeking their own safety,” she wrote. “The truth is: America can and must do both.”

I have come to the conclusion that teamobama wants us to get attacked. The terrorist will have been able to buy the guns here and then obama will use that excuse to shut down the 2nd amendment. It is the only thing that makes sense to me about these refuges/invaders.

I keep thinking that too. But I am amazed at the mindset of liberals. I was in a meeting yesterday and one of the guys, who BTW makes very good money, started complaining about our Governor not wanting the refugees. He was bitching about how the State governors did not have the authority and the lib talking point about “we are a nation of immigrants”. I have a big sore on my tongue from biting it!

I want to see the stats for the number of Syrian males ages 15 to 65 versus females. Males and females, not men and women. The administration keeps dumping men in their twenties as children.

I don’t see the WH giving those out.
