France Closes Its Borders; Why Can't We? (Excellent Question)

The Friday night massacre of over 100 people at a soccer game, a rock concert, and five restaurants in Paris was apparently committed by 8 men working on behalf of ISIS, also called ISIL or the Islamic State. The day before the attacks, President Obama was on television reassuring George Stephanopoulos that "ISIL continues to shrink in its scope of operations" and that "we have contained them."

Next week, some 20,000 people (including President Obama, John Kerry and 3,000 journalists) are expected in Paris for the UN convention on climate change, which Obama in May called "an urgent and growing threat to our national security, contributing to increased ... refugee flows."

Based on a passport found next to his body, one of the 8 Paris terrorists was Ahmad al-Mohammad, 25, a native of Syria who passed through the Greek Island of Leros on Oct. 3 and crossed from Macedonia into Serbia on Oct. 7. He was part of the huge army of migrants flooding into Europe this year claiming to be refugees from the civil war in Syria.

Shortly after the coordinated attacks, France's socialist president announced his decision to close the borders of France. "We must ensure that no one enters to commit any crimes, and also that those who have committed crimes can be arrested if they try to leave the country."

Close the border what a great idea! Unfortunately, France eliminated most border checkpoints as part of Europe's Schengen agreement, which is how a Syrian so-called refugee got all the way from Serbia to Paris without being stopped.

Some say stricter border controls can't prevent "homegrown" terrorists such as the Paris perpetrators who were native-born French citizens. But in virtually every case, "homegrown" terrorists are sons of Muslim immigrants who are drawn to their ancestral faith and homeland instead of assimilating to Western values.

For instance, the Tsarnaev brothers, who bombed the Boston Marathon in 2013, grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts in a family of ethnic Chechens who came here in 2002 as refugees from Dagestan and frequently visited the country they were supposedly escaping from. At least 22 young Somali men who grew up in Minneapolis have left to train or fight with terrorist groups in Africa.

Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, who killed four Marines and a sailor at two U.S. military recruiting offices in Chattanooga in July, grew up in a family of Palestinians who came here in 1996 and frequently went back to the Middle East for reasons unknown. On the same day as the Paris massacre, FBI Director Comey told reporters he would not reveal what the FBI had learned about the Chattanooga shooter's motivations because "We don’t want to smear people."

While the Obama administration pledged to admit 10,000 Syrian refugees in the coming year, Hillary Clinton said in the Democratic debate that "we should increase numbers of refugees; I said we should go to 65,000." Not to be outdone, Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) has called for 100,000 Syrians to be brought here.

Hillary promised that refugees would be put through "a screening and vetting process," but FBI Director James Comey and National Counterterrorism Center Director Nicholas Rasmussen both testified in October that it is simply not possible to screen them adequately. Speaking cautiously and carefully, Comey said "there are certain gaps in the data available to us" and Rasmussen offered the understatement that "the intelligence picture we have of this particular conflict zone is not as rich as we would like it to be."

When the first Syrian refugees began arriving in New Orleans last week without notice to local officials, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal sent President Obama a letter demanding answers about how they were screened and whether they will be monitored. Jindal concluded that in light of the Paris attack, "it would be prudent to pause the process of refugees coming to the United States."

Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX), a freshman member of Congress whose son is a Navy SEAL, recently addressed the House for 45 minutes about refugee resettlement. "I found out that no one was asking much less answering the questions of who, how, when, where, and how much regarding these refugees."

Babin continued, "nearly 500,000 new refugees have come into the United States under the Refugee Resettlement program since President Obama first took office." Refugees "have been resettled by private contractors across this country in over 190 towns and communities whose local citizens have little to no say in the matter."

Babin cited numerous examples of refugees or their children who have been found with ties to terrorist organizations or have even traveled overseas to join the fight against America. Although more than 90 percent of recent Middle Eastern refugees are on welfare, Babin noted that "the five wealthiest countries on the Arabian peninsula Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain have not taken in a single refugee that we know of."

A Quinnipiac poll taken in September found that 58 percent of respondents thought that admitting 10,000 Syrian refugees "would pose a threat to the national security of the United States." Tell your member of Congress to eliminate refugee resettlement from the spending bill that must be passed by Dec. 11.

France can close its borders and we will not, because France has a socialist leader who loves France, while we have a socialist leader who hates our country.

Although France’s leader, like ours, is a socialist, their leader, unlike ours, is not muslim.

France Closes Its Borders; Why Can't We? (Excellent Question)

Hungary built a wall and stopped the invasion of the muslim hordes.

Funny how 0bama and the bleeding hearts are able to import 200,000 muslim terrorists, but say it is impossible to even begin deporting criminal alien invaders!

France can close its borders and we will not, because France has a socialist leader who loves France, while we have a socialist leader who hates our country.

Until about the 1980's or early 1990's, even liberals (and European socialists) were patriotic, and sincerely if misguidedly supported policies that they thought were good for their country. Yesterday's liberals have been replaced by today's radicals, who actively conspire to destroy and subvert their nations. European nations have plenty of self-hating subversives in positions of power too, I guess Hollande happens to be one of the old school socialists who still have a vestigial interest in doing what's right for their countries.

This is where I really hammer Dubya. After 911, he could have closed the borders and deport all illegals. No one would really would have said anything and the American public would have backed him 100%. Instead he used 911 for the Patriot Act where we spy on our own because we don’t know who is here...

W. was too busy holding hands with the Saudis (literally) and telling the American people that Islam is the religion of peace for any of that. Apparently, it's easier to kick his own countrymen in the teeth than to hurt the feelings of his crony pals abroad.

Six or seven years later, when Mexico was on its way into turning into a narco-state and blew up in a paroxysm of gang violence, W. kept babbling about how family values don't stop at the Rio Grande rather than securing the border. His brother is cut from the same roll of fabric.

You are correct; the DemocRATS don’t care who these people are .. just as long as they’ll vote for anybody with a “D” after their name.

And .. since most of them cannot speak English, all they have to teach them is to look for the “D” - and vote for those.

And .. the DemocRATS believe we’re too stupid to figure this stuff out.

I keep seeing this 10,0000 number. While I realize this is referring to a specific amount of “refugees” there are plenty of sources that seem to show Obama letting in 250,000 to 280,000 Muslims each year he has been in office. These include the family members who arrive later. It is my understanding that when one is given refugee status they are allowed up to 8 family members to come and they have 7 years to become US citizens. The Judges are strong armed to grant them that status in only a few years. If they get citizenship in that 7 year period they qualify for all welfare benefits for life! That’s messed up. I heard that on a Fortress of Faith show in which they looked specifically into the refugee resettlement issue and spoke with a judge who is forced to grant them these things.

art of the transcript from Fortress of Faith
The Muslim Refugee Agenda – Part 3
Sept 2, 2015

Here’s a pShahram was recently in Boise, ID giving training to some law enforcement people. He spoke to a gentleman who is part of the immigration service. His job was to process refugees. He told me three things that staggered me. First, when these refugees come in they often have made up birthdays and last names. The FBI is to screen them after they get here. They are chosen by the UN, and that should concern us.

Secondly, when they get here they are given benefits for 7 years. Within those 7 years they are put on the fast track for citizenship.

Thirdly, if they become citizens within those 7 years, their benefits are locked in for life.

Shahram was told that there is much pressure on the INS to rubber stamp everything and get them into the system as quickly as possible.

The local communities are not informed until the last minute and they don’t know what the impact will be on them. There will be impact on their social services, school system, housing, etc.

We have the numbers from 2012 on what these organizations are receiving from the Federal government. We are trying to get more up to date information, but we are being stonewalled. These numbers can be found on the Refugee Resettlement Watch website.

•Church World Services – $76,000,000

•World Relief – $56,000,000

•US Conference of Catholic Bishops – $71,000,000

We can go on and on. We are talking about a billion and a half to two billion dollars a year going into these so called Christian organizations to populate our nation with Muslims. This would be wonderful if it was an opportunity to get the Gospel to these people, but as we have said before, these organizations cannot even mention Christianity to these refugees.

Who Is Overseeing This?

Obama’s domestic policy adviser is Cecilia Muñoz. She said her focus is on making sure Obama’s historic immigration policies get “institutionalized” so they will live on long after she and her boss are gone from the White House.

Muñoz has a long history of Marxist activism and has fought continuously for open borders. She is in charge of the task-force created last November to grant amnesty to some 5 million illegal immigrants.

Susan Payne infiltrated a telephone conference call with more than a dozen members of Obama’s White House Task Force on New Americans hosted by Muñoz. Here is what she heard:

The participants spoke of their plans to plant “seedlings” of immigrant populations into “receiving communities” that would be cultivated into fertile “soil.” The idea was that the seedlings would sprout and grow into communities within communities. This is “integration.” The soil, meaning the community, needed to be changed to accommodate the needs of the seedlings, rather than the other way around. Eventually, the mature seedlings would take over the host community.

Is there any doubt, based on this phone call, as to what this administration’s agenda is? Muñoz is the former head of La Raza. This is a group that wants to give full rights to illegal immigrants and even give them citizenship. She is the head of the group “Welcoming New Americans.” Their goal is to get them on a fast track to citizenship and on the voting rolls. In America you don’t even need an ID to vote, and if you support voter ID you are called a racist.

There are some globalist foundations that are behind the funding of The New Americans. You may recognize some of these names; George Soros, the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. All of these groups are globalists. They are groups that interfere with, and try to dismantle nations. Those who stand against this agenda are called bigots and other names to try to shut them up.

This year the FBI has testified twice before Congress and said when it comes to refugees coming in from places like Syria and Iraq, it is almost impossible to properly check them out because these places have no databases to refer to. We are not using the normal screening processes in allowing in these refugees.

We know that not every one of these refugees is a jihadist. We know that some of them are legitimate refugees fleeing persecution. We also know that they are not letting in Christians. When we hear that the FBI cannot properly screen them, and when we see that the FBI is overwhelmed, it should concern us greatly.
