Anti-Islam protesters armed with flares and banners reading 'Throw out Islamists' descended on a quiet vigil being held for the victims of the Paris terror attacks in northern France.
Far-right demonstrators pushed their way through the congregation which had gathered in Lille to pay their respects to the 129 people who were killed in a string of terrorist attacks in the French capital.
They chanted 'Out the Muslims' and set off flares into the crowd of mourners after Front National leader Marine Le Pen declared French people 'are no longer safe' and called for France to take back control of its borders.

How offensive to those who have dealt with actual psychopaths in our lives!
Are you done feeling holier than thou? Now before you criticize me, will you agree to forgive my sins?
I don’t entirely disagree with what you have written, although the truth is more complex.
There are the Medina verses in the Koran (violent), and there are the Mecca verses (peaceful). Some favor one over the other.
Furthermore, not all Muslims interpret the Koran literally, just like Christians.
Logistically, how can you identify the Muslims if they are Caucasian and speak fluent French? But a bigger problem is that what right does anyone have to infringe upon someone’s else’s rights because someone might become violent in the future. If someone has made no threats, has expressed no support of violence, how can you deport them? The ends do not justify the means regardless.
Do you have a cite for that "fact" other than a CAIR propaganda brochure?
Have any "disgusted" Muslims - much less "French" Muslims - taken to the streets anywhere to demonstrate against this mass murder by their co-religionists? If so, it hasn't been in the news.
and yes, i DO say their silence IS consent... it IS MURDER after all, or are you OK with that???
"Borders, language, and culture" implies that G-d and religion are a mere aspect of national culture, and therefore subjective. It is a form of pagan worship of local totems.
Unfortunately, islam's universalist claims are just discrediting the idea of universal objective religion and driving them back to tribalism.
Hey cupcake, here’s a yard or more of cited opinion polls taken of Muslims. Sort of spoils the view from your rose colored glasses.

You ought to see someone about your inverted vision, unless you’re not as simple as you present yourself.
Gritty, none of that is directed towards you. Citation FYI.

“Far right demonstrators” being libspeak for “rational people.”
Too bad I wasn’t there.
Here it is disproved...

My “simpleness” is simply saying that I do not believe that ***every single Muslim*** should be deported.
Am I an extremist for believing this?
Am I too liberal for this forum?
Thank you for your thoughtful reply. I agree that special privileges for immigrants and Muslims are an abuse.
History has shown that Hitler had essentially no intelligence in the UK. The Allies, especially Britain, took advantage of this to feed back to the Nazi intelligence services lots of nonsense, like D-Day being a diversion. Anyway, I think that rounding up Germans and Italians en masse was not needed. Granted I am speaking with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight.
I think immigration needs to be surely tightened, people who have a history of extremism and violence need to be deported, clerics need to be watched in what they say publically, and special benefits and privileges for immigrants needs to be ended.
However, I do not agree with the deportation of five or six million Muslims from France, including those who are mostly secular, who have no history of violence or extremism, who run small businesses, and so on.
I think most people would consider my immigration beliefs to be conservative, or at least center-right. But if the West deports all the Muslims living there, can Muslim countries do the same to Christians? And will they?
I have never marched in the March for Life in DC. Does this mean I support abortion? After all, I think abortion is murder.
Well compared to civil war, almost anything seems great, but with respect I think you are making a false comparison.
I do think you make some good points in your post. I think there is a significant tendency towards violence in Islam. However, countries like Turkey, as well as trading/financial centers like the UAE, Dubai, etc., are mostly peaceful and secular. So I would disagree with parts of what you have written, in that I believe it is possible for a majority Muslim country to live in relative peace.
