I’m dehydrating 9, 14” racks tonight on my Excalibur. Probably 7-8 lbs of finished greatness available tomorrow.
I forgot to tell you that a good sprinkle of fresh ground black pepper patted into the meat before putting in the dehydrator/oven is highly advised.
