Donald Trump is going all in with the Friday the 13th motif in attacking Ben Carson.
In a video posted to Instagram, spooky, suspenseful music plays as footage of Carson speaks about past claim of physical violence, one that he attributed to his "pathological temperament" in his book "Gifted Hands."
"I had a large camping knife, and I tried to stab him in the abdomen," a younger Carson says in the video, before a clip of CNN's report last week shows a man who appeared to question Carson's autobiographical account.
"What?" the former neighbor tells CNN in the video, who says "no" with a shake of the head when asked if it fits with the person he knew.

Carson is either a pathological or he is a liar. I know this. He is history. His departure will make Herman Cain’s look like a slow farewell.

If Trump and his people are doing the vetting of Carson that no one else will do, then GOOD. I hate to see people get fooled again by another alluring man who is not as he seems. You can be a great brain surgeon, or business man/woman, but are you fit to be POTUS based on your world view and ideology? I have read enough of Carson’s books to know that I would never vote for him even though I like him and loved his speech at the Prayer Breakfast. I also remember that great speech that Obama gave in 2004 before anyone knew him and what an anti-American LIAR he is.
The same media that was attacking Carson last week is now protecting him in order to attack Trump since he is leading.
The Establishment fears Trump.
Trump really isn’t doing himself any favors here. There are a lot of people who won’t vote for a political Rodney Dangerfield.

Carson claimed he would not do a DNA test to disprove paternity of an alleged love child because his blood might end up at a crime scene. As a doctor, he surely knows that the test can be done with a cheek swab. He claims that the case just went away after his lawyers got involved. I’m sure it did after he forked over a nice settlement in exchange for her silence.
From what I hear, Carson is speaking at Bob Jones Univ. today.

He won’t admit it on air, but I’m picturing Mark Levin in his bunker getting a chuckle out of this and saying, “Ohhhh man, (insert Mark Levin laugh here.)”

Conservative press started out laughing at Trump. That changed to concern when his poll numbers stayed up. Now, with the weird Carson name-calling and ‘he knows more about ISIS than the generals’goofiness it is changing back to laughter. I figure by the time of the Iowa caucuses he will be around 5%.
