Documents don’t prosecute. Prosecutors prosecute.

I never click on articles that have “EXPLOSIVE!”, “BOMBSHELL!”, “SMOKING GUN!” or “BOOM!” in them.

They always disappoint.

Does anyone doubt the recent meeting between Obama and FBI director Comey was a “don’t forget who signs your paycheck” moment. Comey and the FBI are frantically looking for an angle that covers Hillary with enough plausible deniability to avoid the appearance of corruption when Loretta Lynch later “declines” to prosecute her.

The safest bet on earth is one against prosecution for Hillary.

(Better formatted for easier reading)

Hillary Clinton has repeatedly denied any wrong doing when she used a private email account on a private email server while serving as secretary of state. She insisted that she hadn’t violated any sort of policies regarding classified information. Well, it appears that a ‘smoking gun’ has emerged- and it’s BIG!

Clinton did, in fact sign a non-disclosure agreement acknowledging her responsibility to ascertain whether information shared by her was, in fact, classified. Moreover, the document Clinton signed clearly lays out stiff criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information.

(The weird-character problem for posting is still an issue it would appear.)

It’s funny, she claimed that her lawyers did that. But then several minutes later she said that SHE decided what emails Sidney should stay and which ones should go.

“Hillary is running for a lot of reasons—one of ‘em is because she wants to stay out of jail.”

Trump added that, “if we had honest government, Hillary wouldn’t be allowed to run.”

Trump mentioned that General David Patreaus got two years probation for sharing classified information with his mistress “and he was somebody that everybody liked, everybody respected.”

“What [Hillary Clinton] did is so much worse,” Trump said. “If I win, we’re going to look into that crime very, very seriously folks.”

This business over breaking the rules is a dead end. Nobody cares about it.

What’s hiding in plain sight is the question of WHY Team Clinton decided to create the “server” (which is really a nice name for a complicated, clandestine SYSTEM for evading scrutiny) in the first place.

Obviously, it was illegal. Obviously, they knew that.

So, what was worth the risk?

The gold on that “server” isn’t the classified stuff. And it’s not the yoga schedule.

It’s all the non-classified emails documenting fraud, bribery, and tax evasion. THAT will send all three of them to prison for a long time.

Stop banging on about the classified stuff. That’s nothing.

Believe it or not, Huma (the Muslim Brotherhood mole) had Top Secret clearance. I would imagine that Cheryl Mills had the same.

If we are to believe just about every series on tv that deals with our politicians doing business overseas, the need for secure communication is crucial. If madam secretary was not following protocol and was threatening was top secret information leaks she is guilty treason. WHY IS SHE NOT IN PRISON. What is this charade our government perpetrating? This person is eligible for becoming president?
