Not towards the Clintoons. Not towards Bill Clinton who beat the old man in 1992. Both George Bush's get along great with the Clintoons going on joint Haiti aid missions and more. GW got along well enough with Ted Kennedy to collaborate on legislation, educational and otherwise. He took the crap that Hussein Obama dished out about him so Dick Cheney had to come out against Obama's lying and blaming the Bush administration for every problem.....
