Injun casinos can do anything they want without fear of legal recourse.

There are several around these parts, and a few years ago, the local paper did a series about how they don't even need to adhere to Code.....a fire inspector who accompanied the writer said he'd shut one place down entirely, based on the exit doors alone, if the place wasn't on tribal ground.
