The sicko who allegedly attacked a breastfeeding mother in Fort Tryon Park has been indicted in connection to the twisted incident, prosecutors said Thursday.
Juan Garcia's case was called in Manhattan Criminal Court where notice of the grand jury decision was filed. His appearance in court was waived by his lawyer.

Even if they found him the Mexican authorities wouldn't let them take him without a bribe because that's the way they operate down there.
Breast feeding in public makes an easy target. Just don’t do it, and eliminate the risk.

It surprises me that stories like this surprise people. Why wouldn't the perp rob a woman who was breastfeeding? It made his job easier. All criminals are scumbags who want to rob hard-working people. They want the easy way to riches; otherwise they'd be working instead of robbing. That's why they prey on old people, or people who are distracted as was this woman.

In Fort Worth recently, old ladies putting groceries in their cars are being targeted for robbery. I guess they just shouldn’t go shopping and eliminate the risk.
Apples and oranges. Old ladies have to shop to eat. Mother’s can breast feed in privacy. Breastfeeding isn’t a public sport. ESPECIALLY in the current social climate.
Not only should we remove the crappy poem, but replace it with something like “Come in legally or stay home”.
