The Federal Bureau of Investigation processed a record number of background checks in the month of October, indicating that gun sales were at an all time high for the sixth month in a row.
The FBI’s National Instant Background Check System processed 1,976,759 firearms related checks in October. That is a 373,290 increase in checks over last year and a new record for the month. It also makes October the sixth consecutive month to see a record number of checks.

There is some truth to that.
Fear of extra-constitutional gun legislation has not only increased the number of guns owned by gun owners, it has increased the numbers of gun owners. One suspects that lot of folks were not even considering ownership of a firearm made the jump when over-bearing laws looked like a possibility.
And, as the gun control (and even "confiscation") hysteria grows, so do gun sales.
Human nature? Priceless!

The American people realize that their government is going out of control, and they are preparing for it.
I’m asking hubby for my very own gun (first-ever), and CCW class for Christmas.
I would buy some more I just ain’t got no more room for ammo....
Need to use some of it up......
