But the better news is there are 8% undecided. This gives Trump an upside of 39% which is enough to neutralize the Hispanic vote. In a Sept nationwide poll, SurveyUSA found Trump getting 35% with 8% undecided.
So yes without really campaigning to them specifically, Trump has a great starting point with Hispanics.
