JERSEY CITY - In a Halloween weekend filled with real-life horrors, gunfire erupted in parts of the city and six people were sent to the hospital with bullet wounds, officials said. But in virtually every case, the shooting victims were uncooperative with officers or came down with sudden amnesia, according to the authorities.

No problem IMO. Stop patrolling these areas and reassign the cops to places that want them. Let the animals of all colors kill each other and themselves. We do not wish to offend them. or violate their rights with white privilege.
Then the problem is solved and no one is unjustly culturally appropriated or microagressed for the cic-patriarchy.
People can move. If they refuse to, thats their call. Let them deal with their choices themselves. People for thousands of years crossed continents and oceans with the clothes on their back. No one has an excuse in 2015.
