You could have read no further than when they claimed she had put her private email scandal on Benghazi behind her,there are still thousands to be real eased,just look at yesterday’s,she was told by the embassy in Tripoli that they should not blame the video for the attack,so much for putting it behind her.

Yes, yes, yes. She was Secretary of State, for heavens’ sake, not some low-level clerk. She had undergone training on what info was de-facto classified, sensitive, etc. If she’s too dumb or remiss to follow the basic training manual, then how is she qualified to be President?

This is the sort of MISINFORMATION that we will have to get used to. Hillary Clinton was the chief executive of the State Department. Are we to believe that she can read material that is Top Secret SCI and not suspect that it is classified. If she does and sent it along she is GUILTY. But, as I understand it, if she didn't recognize it as TS material and passed it on she is GUILTY.

The whole article is straight from the bowels of Hillary’s propaganda machine. It is a trial balloon (no pun intended, unfortunately) testing dodges and excuses. Will the public accept the argument that big deal politicians are above the law? Petraeus was a nationally known, top general and CIA chief. If he wasn’t too big to prosecute for petty bs, why would Hillary be exempt for serious crimes?

The laws are written precisely to avoid that game; the physical facts are what matter. Whether classified material is “unmarked at the time” does not matter either. Otherwise every spy could merely remove the labels to operate with impunity. General Petreaus was convicted for having his personal journals at home, where his girlfriend saw them, but no one else; he didn’t get a pass because “classified diary” wasn’t written on the covers.
The article also pronounces as fact that Hillary is home free from the Benghazi Committee. But the Committee has not completed its interviews and investigation, and has not released a comprehensive analysis and findings. When that shoe drops, the truth will be damaging, but of course Hillary and her hirelings will spin like Iranian centrifuges.
