Yeah? Does that include The Eddie Eagle Program in public schools? Yeah.....didn't think so.
All of their ideas will increase cost and infringe on the 2A and will do nothing to reduce violence by those most likely to commit it.
That’s what they STILL don’t get. Criminals DON’T CARE about laws. geez.
Skip the twenty-seven 8 x 10 colored
Glossy photographs with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of
Each one explainin’ what each one was, to be used as evidence And that’s not to mention the 27 thousand foot notes and such in the paper...
and just read this.
“Ceasefire Oregon has worked very hard for many years to defeat dangerous bills introduced by the gun lobby in the Oregon legislature. Many thanks to all our friends and supporters who have helped defeat those terrible bills.”
It is all you need to know.
WHAT?! Now you know that’s a lie. They said a 30-50% reduction and I certainly believe that. NOT! LOL!
‘The three overarching goals are to require higher standards for firearm ownership, enhance accountability of federally licensed firearms dealers and improve safety standards for firearms and firearm ownership. ‘
Lets take it one at a time....
1) higher stds: The people causing the problems don’t typically buy their FAs thru govt approved channels. How on earth will they be help to these ‘high stds’?
2) What would more leaning on FFLs do? They already have to dance thru any number of hoops. See #1 above as well.
3) See #1.
In the end this imposes nothing but more burden on those who know how to behave themselves in public. It will do nothing about the true problems. That, of course, is the whole idea. Its about trying to take away our right to keep and bear arms. Liberals have no problem w/ guns. Their issue is that you can have them too.
Oregon should forget about guns and worry about the Bubonic plague.
Why is it always a 5-year plan? Just lock the crazies up and call it a day.
If you can stop victims from shooting back, that reduces gun violence...
Remove Christianity from our society and guess what happens? The problem isn’t guns, it’s simply what the Godless do.
How about a literacy test/sarc
legislative and educational courses of action
Are they going to teach these courses in the heart of the Democrat Plantations?
Like those brave souls hectoring christians, but not muslims, they don’t have a problem nagging us law abiding folks.
Once Ceasefire Oregon sets-up 24 hour gun buyback booths in Chicago’s southside, downtown Detroit, DC, Miami, etc., and goes out into those communities proselytizing their religion, then they get back with me.
And they can lecture the residents about climate change while there, so it’s a twofer. They can take some Mormon Elders and other salesmen with them.
Nuts!
Eat sand losers and quit your lying.
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
These “Ceasefire” poltroons are out of luck. The government utterly lacks the authority to do any of the things they propose.
It's not about disarming criminals. It never WAS about disarming criminals.
It is, and always has been about disarming YOU.
