So...what is supposed to be the legislative “fix” for this “loophole”? Will it now become illegal for the FBI personnel to make mistakes? Does Sen. Warren want FBI clerks and agents to carry errors & omissions insurance? I mean...the “loophole” is a case of some overpaid yet incompetent federal bureaucrats making mistakes that cost innocent civilians their lives. And Sen Fauxchahontas has offered nothing that will address that, frankly.
Yeah. It will be fascinating to see what else is attached to this bill.
