To be safer, when getting the parts or whatever to the company on the other side of that NEW wall, send them UPS. Don't just open the door and shove them in, to obvious.
I think all this would work, all costs involved in setting this new operation up is FAR less than the cost of Obamacare. I can think of many businesses that this method would work.
Make garments.....one cuts the other side stitches. Actually this reminds me of the UNIONS.....not my job, can't touch that.lol......but it works for them.

I suspect the decision’s based on total employees under one ownership. Though I wonder how an investment pool that just finances but doesn’t operate a bunch of 49 employee companies would work out. Former owners sign up their companies, provide financing, split profits. As with most poorly thought out legislation, I bet Obiecare will also prove to be a full employment act for clever lawyers and accountants.
But hey, the government got its “control them by taxes” scheme validated by the Supreme Court, so what do they care what happens to us lowly peons?
One ownership? In the beginning there is ONE owner with one whole intact business, with 100 employees.
He splits the company in two parts.........NOW TWO different companies that now make the whole of the original product. 49 employees to each company
The two employees that are left......make them couriers, the one part of the product has to be deliever to the otherside. Of course he also owns the Courier service. BE creative. Where is a rule that 1 person can't own one, two or Three businesses? Enterprises. All the businesses are different parts of a whole, different names.
Think the Auto industry..or Boeing....they build their product, but how many sub services are needed to put that product together. Wonder if those companies own or has an interest in all the SUBs.
Everyone on Capital Hill should be forced to enroll in 0bamacare.
