What is it with the law-breaking left that always makes them want us to shed tears?

For liberals, it's always about the children.

Wouldn’t be surprised if obama took personal interest in getting this guy back in the U.S. whereas he would leave a natural born U.S. citizen to rot in a Mexican jail for no reason.

” For him to be not approved means it’s more than just some tattoos.”

Really. We let all kind of nasty, murdering scum in here. There’s something serious going on with this guy.

They got a file on him and a whole lot of suspicions but they can’t pin anything on him - yet.

Suspicion of becoming Republican is the only one that’s relevant.

If he came here when he was 8 then I doubt he had much say in breaking the law. But the tattoo was entirely his decision.

It was also his decision to stay here illegally since then. He could have gone home and tried to be legal as soon as he got out of his parents' house, not waited until years later.

The tattoo probably means he won’t ever get a W-2.....

From his wife’s photo she is Hispanic also. Article says she was “born in Texas” I wonder if she is an anchor baby herself. She likely has family in Mexico.

Assuming he doesn't have a Green Card if he's not a citizen it doesn't matter about the tattoos. If he does have a Green Card the gang tattoos are enough to have it revoked on the spot.

TOUGH LUCK,PEDRO!

Tattoo...A permanent reminder of a passing fad, gotten by those who want to express their individuality by doing the same thing everyone else is doing.

Well, get married (OFFICIALLY, LEGALLY!), file for a green card, then wait 3 years. That’s what happens with everyone else. That’s what happened in my family. Except that because of the backlog, it ended up taking 5 years. So what? A non-citizen being able to live here is a precious privilege, it’s worth doing it the right way. Besides, if he came on a tourist visa and LEGALLY married a citizen, they’d give him a temporary card.

He’s probably got a criminal record he’s not talking about

I agree with you in principal, but I wonder how far down the family tree this should go.

The first generation born here in the USA should definitely be deported with their illegal parent(s). But suppose the lineage has been here for two or three generations.

Taking a black or white view of the issue, born to illegal aliens, having children born in the USA and those having children, are still illegal aliens. US law says you cannot profit from a criminal act, which the descendants would be doing by virtue of the fact that their ancestor(s) came here illegally.

Do we continue to deport, or do we grant amnesty to a second or third generation?

Exactly. . .nothing is keeping her from migrating there. . .but better do it legally because they will throw her in prison no-questions-asked if she does so illegally.

He’s affiliated with a gang and has the tats to prove it, along with—I wager—a criminal record.

No telling how many crimes he committed here in the states

THAT record is the true reason he is denied entry. . .not merely “harmless” tats.
