A similar incident occurred at Selmer, Tennessee, during a parade of old cars. A dragster doing a short burnout went uncontrolled and killed several and injured dozens. The driver wasn't DUI but the car just got away from him. It ended the yearly car show there. My Uncle's granddaughter was one of the victims.
