Never a thought given as to if it is right or ethical or even constitutional for the government to keep taking more and more money just because it is there.

IMHO the federal government is already sucking the lifeblood out of the US economy with the oppressive burden of their direct and indirect taxation.

That would be the grandparents who voted for the hucksters who promised them a comfortable retirement others could provide for them in the form of Socialist Security.

Who promised them the best medicine other's money could offer in the form of Medicare.

Oh, and did I mention "refunds" on their income taxes?

"Tax deductions" on their home mortgage interest?

If our venerated blue-hairs really want to get the young ones to sit up and listen, they should start by coming clean about the way they were bamboozled themselves.

If you punish hard work and ambition you will see less of it.
Better to stop rewarding sloth instead.
Every able bodied person should carry his own weight and not need handouts.
