Citizens in the West are just not educated to this truth. The secular humanists among us are becoming very powerful. Teacher's unions like the NEA have a monopoly on education in the West. They brainwash our children in their Nature worship and force upon them their "faith" that this cosmos created itself. As "true believers" evolutionists insist that organic life sprang up fully functional from inorganic chemicals. And how did that happen? The evolution faithful say it happened by a "Big Bang" and other random meaningless non-intelligently designed completely accidental acts of cosmic kindness. These secularist elitist set the curricula for state teachers and choose the textbooks for our children. The academicians who are forcing this agenda upon our education system are also true believers in Jean Jacques Rousseau's pagan Utopian dream. The Nature worshiping faithful believe that mankind left to his own animalistic desires, will eventually see the "gentle savage" emerge in all of us. There is a history to be learned from all of this, if we are inclined to take a look. There is a causal relationship between the theory of evolution, "survival of the fittest", and the Nazi dominionist cult of the "Ubermenchen". Nazi eugenicss back in the 30's, (and Planned Parenthood today), fosters the belief that a dominant powerful race can be deliberately bred into being by state planners. Of course this will call for some draconian measures. The "bad seed" would have to be "weeded out" by government committees.
Eugenics is the hidden agenda behind the theory of Evolution.

That’s odd. Has the NEA taken over Sunday Schools? Or is he saying Sunday Schools don’t educate? Or does he not understand “monopoly”? Or is he just full of hooey?

Not nearly enough to undo the 8+hrs of secular teaching Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Multiply the amount of time spent in school getting what is classically referred to as an “Education” of life shall we say in staying on tack in the flesh...
Spiritually that is the role of The Father and all others to ensure that their children are not deprived of the knowledge of god and his promises to all his children
Too many allow total control of their child’s mind by these folks who do not have the best interests of others in their soul, just playing their part in the overall destruction of the Human soul to bend to their will
And last Sunday Schools are based on the dogma and theocracy embraced by that “church” or religion...
Show me where in the Bible Jesus tells us to form religions or build churches where we all go and sit...
His church is of Faith and Spirit, not rules and buildings...

Not enough time is spent teaching that we are in a spiritual war and on the armor of God, IMHO. Philippians is a great book for keeping us full of the joy of the Lord which is our strength. Hopelessness is a killer of our children.

God mentions in the proceedings of the Temple in Jerusalem that it was to be open on specific days, and HE included the New Moon which is not even visible in that phase...
Further he refers to the constellations Orion being the one that comes to memory as HIS creation...
So why would he mention them referentially as HIS work if they are an Abomination???
There are many more, and to your first point it was taught to them by Fallen Angels as Knowledge they were not able to handle...
It is an Abomination to live your life by them as the only path to Eternal life is through Our Lord Jesus Christ...

I have this book and I love it. God put the constellations in the stars to teach us the story of Creation and Salvation, later over time it was distorted into a pagan belief but it was not intended that way in the beginning. Get this book, you will love it.

I did not click on the zodiac link and refuse to do so. God used a star to lead pagan wise men to their savior, but believers are not to indulge. Maybe that is why there has not been a revival. We are too casual about the “zodiac” among other things...
