Though I don’t agree with some of his eschatological views, this is correct that this is the eventual goal. Some may stumble there even accidentally, but it will be the result.
I believe the financial collapse will be significant world-wide. Even the 1930’s U.S. Depression hit the world and it’s a much different, faster and more-interconnected world these days. That will help usher in such a world-wide currency in some form (probably digital since printing money costs money). Oh, it won’t happen tomorrow but it will get there eventually.
But some don’t believe it. Well, they’re certainly entitled to their own opinions.
