you may have to ask for saurkraut when you order (no extra charge, but they seem to have moved it into little individual packets instead of putting it out on the public ‘fix your dogs’ counter with the other condiments)
all beef, very very good. i’ve been trying to make my own for years, someone here on FR recommended a dog steamer and it is pretty good (but still not as excellent as when Costco makes them, I’m not sure why yet, but will keep working on it)
