GOP vet: Trump win looking more and more likely
Washington Examiner ^ | Oct. 18, 2015 | ByronYork

"I've resisted the idea that Donald Trump could and would become the Republican nominee," writes GOP strategist Alex Castellanos in an email assessment of the presidential race. "Unhappily, I've changed my mind."

Castellanos, who once said flatly that "Trump is not going to be the nominee," writes "the odds of Trump's success have increased and been validated in the past few weeks."

Looks like The Donald is roaring along with a couple of GOPe stalwarts like York and Castellanos writing things like this.

It’s all sour grapes as they realize their fat pay haul from this season’s election cycle is going to be severely short.

Advice to Castellanos: sell your McMansion and find a real job.

Yes, Trump is in it, and he’s going to win it.

Thank God America is awakening.

[Thank God America is awakening]

Pray that DONALD TRUMP will give GOD the glory for his success, and that he will urge others to seek GOD for wisdom and the ability to accumulate wealth.

Even after the 2014 midterms, the Establishment was still clueless about the anger across his nation. Trump has brilliantly tapped into that anger along with the desire to be able to vote for a patriot, not a bought and paid for political whore. He is still a loose cannon, is too arrogant, spouts off too much, makes attack comments that are like a middle schooler, but you know what? He is convincing this nation that he can make it great again.

Come on Doug, take the rose colored glasses off, they were not and are not clueless. THEY DON’T CARE! and they will do everything humanly possible to squish all the peasant subjects that dare question their quisling ways.

Is it just me, or does anyone else get that annoying “scroll down for the next story’ popup in the middle of the screen at the Washington Examiner?

I have literally, and I do mean LITERALLY, the REAL meaning of the word ‘literally’, only 1/3 of my screen left to read the story itself.

Thank God for Free Republic otherwise I could hardly read any of it.

And thank God America is awakening.

That would be nice.

However, I and most of the rest of the country are voting for a President, not a National Minister or Pope.

It’s even more insidious that that. Not only are they aware of the rising tide of anger. They actually hope and believe they can dilute us fast enough that we won’t have a card to play because we will be strangers in a strange land, held captive as milk cows for the massive unproductive wave of hostile third worlders they have brought in.

So, this man is an admitted liar.

I remember his prior comment. I hope anyone expecting to hire him remembers his admitted lies.

My glasses are progressive lenses, but I assure you they are not rose colored. That would be so gay.

I guess I need to clarify clueless. They were, of course, aware of anger, however, they totally miscalculated the degree of anger. Trump has also tapped into the anger of those who do not typically identify with conservatives -— the people who need jobs and finally realize how the invasion is affecting them.

I fully expect a mysterious plane crash or crazy lone gunman who dies before being captured so there are no conflicting narratives.

Here's a terrifying thought.

It's well within the realm of possibility that the Rat Central may reluctantly conclude that Hildebeast will be indicted and tried for breaches of national security.

What should Rat Central do? Bernie is far to the left of Daniel Ortega and can't be elected in the general. Jim Webb would be a strong candidate and maybe a fine president, but he's way too far to the right to garner the sort of zealous support provided by the Rat Party's Sandinista wing to win the general. Martin O'Malley? He's not well known nationally and totally lacks charisma. Nobody cares. People care even less about Lincoln Chaffee. Lincoln who? Plus he has all the force of personality as Elmer Fudd.

That leaves Uncle Joe. He's nationally known, a Rat Pack insider who has amassed enormous influence in the Rat Party, and he even is a powerful personality, albeit one prone to cringeworthy gaffes.

But, Team Rat has a problem: Uncle Joe hasn't entered the race yet, he hasn't secured funding, state registrations etc. He's way late.

Team Rat has a problem.

"Dang," says Rat Central. "Too bad Obama's already done his second term and so we can't run a sitting president, because sitting presidents have all of these built-in advantages. They control the news cycle, they can actually start paying off constituencies, etc. We could run Harvey the Rabbit as a sitting president and still have a pretty good shot in the general."

Suddenly it dawns on them: "Let's make Uncle Joe Biden a sitting president. Obama simply resigns, Uncle Joe becomes president, and then Uncle Joe appoints Bernie Sanders as VP. That way, we have a widely known entity running as a sitting president with all that offers us, and we have the support of the fired up Commie wing of the Rat Party. It's gotta work."

And they'd be right.

This might just happen.

The Cheap Labor Express still expects the RNC to deliver an amnesty candidate. After what we witnessed in MS, nothing is too low for them.
