Obama’s Comments on Clinton Emails Collide With F.B.I. Inquiry [OBAMA SABOTAGING INVESTIGATION]
NY Times ^ | 16 Oct 2015 | MATT APUZZO and MICHAEL S. SCHMIDTOCT

WASHINGTON — Federal agents were still cataloging the classified information from Hillary Rodham Clinton’s personal email server last week when President Obama went on television and played down the matter.

Stories from Our Advertisers

“I don’t think it posed a national security problem,” Mr. Obama said Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes.” He said it was a mistake for Mrs. Clinton to use a private email account when she was secretary of state, but his conclusion was unmistakable: “This is not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.”

Those statements angered F.B.I. agents who have been working for months to determine whether Ms. Clinton’s email setup had in fact put any of the nation’s secrets at risk, according to current and former law enforcement officials.

” [OBAMA SABOTAGING INVESTIGATION]”

I have a small shed in the back yard that will fit everyone that is surprised by this, if they want to have a convention.

I don't think the FBI takes kindly to sabots.

Or to political interference. If Justice buries this, I'd expect some high-profile resignations from the FBI.

Since sources have claimed that Obama's own Rasputin, Valerie Jarret, hates Clinton, this may be no more than kabuki on the White House's part.

Disagree.
I think he knows exactly what he’s doing and where the investigation is going.

He gets to go out and play nice before the big debate. Make headlines supporting her.

Then, down the road if indictments are recommended he can say he didn’t know it was that bad. It gives him cover with the Clinton money train.

The only reason that obuma doesn't want this investigation going on is not only because of the Clinton Crime Family but he is up to his ears in it...that dumb act he tried to pull fooled no one but himself...

He and hoards of others in our government were in on it, they don't want the information getting out but we the people know what happened...wouldn't it be nice to see Putin letting the world know about the guns they are finding that were shipped from Venezuela thru Benghazi into Syria to over throw Assad and take obuma to the Hague for crimes of mass murders?

No one from this administration has the guts to even talk about it, because they can't have their halos tarnished...

As I said, Her Royal Hipness will get away with this. She will not pay the penalty that normal people get to pay for her crimes.

Mr. Comey, the F.B.I. director, earlier this month acknowledged the difficulties posed by the investigation. He said one reason he has a 10-year term is “to make sure this organization stays outside of politics.”

“If you know my folks,” he said, “you know they don’t give a rip about politics.”

In 2013, Comey was a signatory to an amicus curiae brief submitted to the Supreme Court in support of same-sex marriage during the Hollingsworth v. Perry case.

Obama's just playing with the Clintons!

In a few months, but still in time for Biden to jump in, Obama will be proclaiming the FBI is acting unilaterally, it is not his place to interfere or intervene in FBI investigations.

Obama vs Clinton

Fight of the Century!

It's Orange Pants Suit Time: REPORT: FBI PROBE OF HILLARY IS FOCUSED ON SECTION 793(F) OF ESPIONAGE ACT Read it, memorize it and pass it on to everyone you know. We want the whole nation to know about Section 793, Subsection F.

". . . is triggered by lawful possession of national defense information when a security clearance holder “through gross negligence,” such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location. That sounds a lot like what Hillary Clinton did."

Link to Section 793 at Cornell: 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

". . . Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

These violations are blatant, they are obvious and multiple. So. . .

Are we a Nation of Laws, or a nation of Clintons, Obamas and other elites?

If she's not indicted, pound this home daily from now to November 8, 2016.

Was she hacked before Benghazi? Probably. Never Forget. . .

Wrong.

Wrong.

Wrong.

Wrong.

Every decent person in the FBI who objects to the lawlessness of this Administration needs to STAY IN THEIR JOBS and continue to protect American citizens and the Constitution they swore to uphold.

If the good people of the FBI leave they'll be replaced with Obama stooges.

Are you saying that ‘this way’ he can say the first he knew about how bad it was - was when he read about it in the New York Times?

” I DON”T THINK” Is exactly what is the most correct about ANYTHING that comes out of Obama’s mouth.

He doesn’t think-—not about America—Not about USA citizens-—not about our future.

While that would be par for course (golf joke intended) with Pres Obama, I was actually inferring he will act shocked and amazed when any negative information or recommendations are released formally.

It will allow two things...
1. It will give the appearance of a fair and impartial investigation, that he and his office were not targeting HRC, and
2. It will give him cover with the same moneyed crowd that has enriched the Clintons when he looks to replicate Bill’s success turning retirement into a cash machine. Some of these folks have grown very loyal to the Clintons.

To: I want the USA back

When you couple the amount of good will Hillary has developed with her party over the years (forgoing lucrative job offers out of law school to work at the Chilren’s Defense Fund, helping her husband during the prosperous 90’s, blazing new trails for women, etc.) with the complete ineptness of the GOPe, it is no wonder this investigation is going to go nowhere except for blowback against the GOP. President Obama recognizes this. The Justice Department has already argued in Federal court that as Secretary of State she had sole authority to determine what is and is not work related emails. The public has had their fill of the GOPe-led Republican Party and its “smear artist” reputation. Kevin McCarthy confirmed this with his Benghazi statements.

Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are the only Republican candidates with the intelligence and fortitude to defeat Hillary, but the GOPe is trying to sabotage them.

"I have a small shed in the back yard that will fit everyone that is surprised by this, if they want to have a convention."

The FBI agents involved in the investigation will ensure the details of any crimes committed are leaked.

If DOJ/Obama try to stifle the investigation or ignore it's findings, they will find themselves in the midst of a PR firestorm not seen since the Nixon years.
