Some kids sing, some shake their fist in ultrasounds like my son when my wife was 3-1/2 months along. He made the same pose at age 4 in front of a statue of a Trex at a dinosaur exhibit.

Did you show the video of the ultrasound to your son? If not, it’s amazing that you saw something that would be a part of his character when he was still in the womb.
