CNN's second debate on Tuesday night - and the first among the Democratic field - lured 9.2 million viewers, according to preliminary ratings from Nielsen. As expected, that's down significantly from the 23 million viewers who watched the network's Republican debate on Sept. 16.

Don’t fall asleep or get cocky. Don’t underestimate the other side. Given that there is a possibility of an average of 4 votes for every true vote on their side, these numbers are not to be mocked.
I think the million dollar question is did the Dem debate beat the GOP kiddie table debate?

According to CNN’s Brian Stelter, the previously most-watched CNN program of all time was a 1993 episode of Larry King Live that featured a debate between Al Gore and Ross Perot and reached 16.8 million viewers. Before last night, CNN’s most-watched presidential primary debate was on the Democratic side. It aired on January 31, 2008 and averaged 8.3 million total viewers.
The GOP debate drew 23.8 million voters and the undercard debate wasn't far behind last night's Democratic debate drawing 6.8 million viewers. The momentum appears to be on the GOP's side for this election cycle.
That is 3.2 mil more than I thought would watch.
I had it on my tablet, but mostly watched regular TV programs and followed the FR debate thread somewhat.

The CNN Democrat debate was empty...nothing there....but socialists, communists, Obamabots, Black Racists, etc. !!! You won’t be hearing much about it in the next day or so!!! The entire Democrat Party is naught but a woman or man in an empty suit. Come, 2016....millions of American voters, Republicans, Democrats & Independents & others will vote to elect Donald Trump POTUS!!!
