I just happened to turn it on for a few seconds to hear Hillary’s answer to a question about Edward Snowden, is he a hero? She said (to paraphrase) “He violated Federal law, he took classified information and put our national security at risk. He needs to pay the consequences of his actions”.

You just can’t make this stuff up. Somehow I think that comment will come back to haunt her one way or another.

How about on the next debate we start a thread to add up how much money the candidates are proposing to spend.

Right now off the top of my head Sanders wants to give away over $200 billion a year in public tuition. Of course if you give it away that number will go up as private school students would choose public school, and more people who chose no school would decide they should go. They would also throw in 11 million health insurance policies for undocumented immigrants. That will cost about $40 billion per year just in premiums, no idea how much more in deductibles and co-pays the government will pick up - and it will if they get there under this current system.

Webb seemed sensible 75 percent of the time. Why is he a dem.
