Freepers said he is “tough but fair.” eye roll.

I stand by that. He's a politico (I have my own reservations with him), but he is not a "RINO" (what an overused term). He is definitely right of center. And, unlike a lot of you here, I know what I'm talking about.

I agree. Every now and then he veers off into Republican shill territory, but he is generally conservative, and his radio program is required listening in order to be politically informed. If you listen to both him and Mark Levin, you get a good balance.

Gingrich said McCarthy was fine. Jordan (current head of Freedom Caucus) said Ryan was fine.

Tom McClintock said McCarthy was fine. McClintock’s conservative credentials are unmatched.

The right wing of the right wing, sometimes runs off the track. If your blinders are pulled on too tight, you may not see this.

These people should consider consolidating the Freedom Caucus, the Liberty Caucus, the Tea Party Caucus and see if they can increase the numeric clout available to them.

You should just go ahead and set evening star. You could not be more wrong about Hewitt. He is a power shmoozer of the first order. He touts rinos continuously
on his program. He wants to be in the good ole boys network talking sports trash etc. He is a lightweight.

“He is definitely right of center. And, unlike a lot of you here, I know what I’m talking about. “

Gosh. Not only are you brilliant, but you’re humble as well.

Well there’s a bunch of us dummies who have listened to Hugh Hewitt since he first unloaded his carpet bags in southern California.

And we remember what Hewitt did during the Prop 187 fight when the oily little weasel sided with the illegal alien lobby against grassroots California conservatives.

Of course that didn’t harm his ability to land a job at PBS, where the effete look down on the bitter clingers.

But maybe that’s the “right of center” from where you normally position yourself. Who knows.
