I have a shooter response plan on my right hip.
Thing is, I can carry on U of M campus, because I’m not a student or an employee of the U of M.
They can’t touch me.
Just like they can’t/won’t defend themselves against bad guys who couldn’t give a rat’s butt about gun laws.
