Clinton Email Could Prompt New Intelligence Investigation
Free Beacon ^ | October 10, 2015 | By Alana Goodman

An email forwarded by Hillary Clinton to a colleague that identified a top CIA informant in Libya could trigger an intelligence investigation and add to concerns that she mishandled classified information, according to intelligence sources.

Clinton received an email in March 2011 from her longtime adviser Sidney Blumenthal that identified a covert Libyan source who was reportedly working with the CIA. Blumenthal said his business partner, the late former CIA agent Tyler Drumheller, had given the information to him.

Clinton forwarded the email over her personal server to a colleague, according to emails published on Thursday by Rep. Trey Gowdy (R., S.C.), chairman of the House select committee on Benghazi.

An intelligence source said that the email could trigger an investigation into whether any of the parties violated the Intelligence Identities Protection Act, calling the apparent disclosure “a couple steps above Valerie Plame.”

“Once you compromise the cover, there’s a whole section of law called the Intelligence Identities Protection Act,” said the source. “It’s against federal law to disclose the identities or the real names of anybody who works for the CIA or any other part of the intelligence community.”

Gimme a break, enough of the Dog and Pony shows Gowdy, you quisling rat bastard, just join her campaign officially already.

Excuse me, but what the hell is your problem?

May I ask, how would you have handled it?

Aye, Trump’s correct...but the press is aiding the GOP by dragging out Hillary’s fall.

She can’t dump her email scandal, and there is no way that she can explain away her Clinton Foundation bribes, much less her role in Benghazi.

At some point, she’s going to play the Health Card and retire from the race...unless she wants to stick around long enough to drag down Dems’ in a vast number of Congressional and state elections.

I forgot about all the people in Jail for the various scandals and treasonous acts as a result of these investigations.

Pay attention folks;
EVERYTHING Intelligence, NSA CIA FBI DHS... goes through a Secret Slect Committee comprised of an equal number of Senators from each party, the House has it’s own parallel committee. EVERY LAST ONE OF THESE quisling traitors has known about everything we are finding out about now, since the Beginning.

Issa,Gowdy,boehner.... are all in and have been doing their best to keep all this COVERED UP, but they do put on a good show.

“Do you really feel the FBI, CIA, NSA, and the American people have absolutely no power?”

I suspect that like the IRS, they take their commands from the Kenyan.

Yes, Gowdy was about 5 months late in sending Hillary a letter demanding she preserve and not alter any server evidence.

Trey’s great with using his media time to mug for conservatives. Hard lawyering is what we’ve needed from him, however.

May I ask, how would you have handled it?

Like This:
1. As Speaker and in charge of committee assignments, there would be no more than 1 person from the other party on ANY COMMITTEE.
2. the Entire house would be available for the hearing for emergency orders of contempt.
3. After the witnesses were all in the room, the doors would be LOCKED, the Sargeant of Arms would be instructed to escort everyone but the witness to testify to a separate room, no sound no nothing. All Lawyers would be Isolated to themselves in separate rooms. NOBODY would know what anyone else testified to or about.
4.Every lawyer that came to represent a witness will be compelled to testify to their knowledge of facts.
5. ANY Witness that refused to answer any question or made deliberate false or misleading statements would immediately get a vote from the entire House on Contempt. If Ordered, the witness will be Jailed Immediately for 90 days in solitary confinement.

6 The Hearings Shall be Broadcast LIVE for the World to see the LIARS and CROOKS in Action.

6. We start the Hearings again, it’s been 90 days.

STOP MAKING EXCUSES, CONGRESS IS REFUSING TO DO THEIR JOB!

Find them BOTH in Contempt of Congress and JAIL THEM NOW!!

Congress has ALL the power in washington, the executive and judicial branch operate according to the whims of CONGRESS!

Congress can Remove the President
Congress can remove the head of every executive agency Congress can remove ALL of their employees
Congress can Abolish every agency they so choose
Congress can remove EVERY JUDGE IN AMERICA, including every supreme court justice.
Congress can abolish every federal court except the supreme Court
Congress can decide which cases the Judicial Branch can hear and decide
CONGRESS can Imprison ANYONE they want for any reason they so desire for as long as they wish.
Congress can declare WAR

No other governing body has even 10% of the power CONGRESS has!!

CONGRESS IS ALLOWING ALL OF IT!!!

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)

If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.

Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.

Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.

Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

You're right - I hadn't thought of it that way... Good catch Southack.

Inasmuch as many of your proposed actions are against the House rules or illegal on their face, I'll not bother to respond.

Than you for your time. I'll be on my way.
