I think this blackout has more to do with the race of the victims and/or shooter (they were probably black) and the fact that no one died.
They can’t talk about that since that highlights the abject failure of their Socialist national agenda and People control in particular.
The best they can offer is the ‘Surrounding areas’ excuse.
The people in the suburbs cause violence in the cities?
Supposedly Guns mysteriously infiltrate themselves where Liberty is prized to where it is suppressed.

It’s the best excuse the #nationalSocialistLeft can offer for the abject Failure of People control.
I see. We have to keep giving up our right to bear arms until there are no guns left anywhere in the world. Or maybe the universe.
