If Florida’s primary election was held today, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton would easily win their parties’ nominations, according to a Quinnipiac University Poll released today.

Trump has 28 percent of his party’s vote, up from 21 percent in the university’s Aug. 20 poll. Carson is in second with 16 percent, Rubio has 14 percent, Bush has 12 percent, Fiorina has 7 percent and Cruz has 6 percent, according to the poll. None of the other candidates gained more than 2 percent in the poll and 10 percent of those polled were undecided.

“The generally more energized Republican party members, who backed former Gov. Bush and Sen. Rubio when they ran for office in the Sunshine State, are deserting the establishment candidates for the outsiders — specifically Trump and Carson,” said Peter A. Brown, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll.

The rank and file of the GOPe, unlike the Leadership, want to win. They will fall in line with whom ever the party nominates.

“Trump has 28 percent of his party’s vote, up from 21 percent in the university’s Aug. 20 poll.”

Cue the emergency suicide unit to prevent Trump haters from offing themselves. They have believed that Trump has lost it.

This is why I am not buying the Bernie Sanders hype, all these polls show no support for him among minorities, something you absolutely need to win a national Democratic Party primary.

Sanders lucked out, in that first two voting states (IA and NH) are both states that have populations that are 90%+ white. Once he gets out of those to states like South Carolina, Florida, Texas, New York, California, etc., he's toast.

More reality: “The generally more energized Republican party members, who backed former Gov. Bush and Sen. Rubio when they ran for office in the Sunshine State, are deserting the establishment candidates for the outsiders — specifically Trump and Carson,” said Peter A. Brown, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll.”

“Bernie can’t win”

Why do you say that? It is like a latter day Children’s Crusade.

Florida was the stop gap plan for team JEB!. They intentionally forced Rinsed Pubes to change the Republican nomination process to make every state election before Florida proportional distribution of delegates and made Florida a winner take all state because they felt that Bush would easily win and get the 99 electors in that state and put everyone else out of reach of the nomination.

Too bad for them that they seem to have shot themselves in the foot and probably inadvertently killed their chance of electing Bush.

It absolutely is! Trump is playing the media and the GOPe like a fiddle. I wish I had a dollar for everytime I've heard someone say Trump is finished, he can't win, he won't win...I'd be almost as rich as Donald!

The only way for the enemedia to begin earning credibility again is to start telling the truth. And you know it just ain't going to happen.

There were two reasons that their iconic liar and Communist propagandist Walter Cronkite had any credibility:

  1. Media monopoly which no longer exists.
  2. Strong resemblance to Captain Kangaroo
